Lawson Wright Studios Limited will do what we can to rectify any issues that you find with your goods and will replace your goods if you find any of the following defects; the colour of the print is not as exoected (as all screens are differently calibrated, prints may not be the exact colour you see on your screens), if your prints have any marks or scratches that were not on the preview image, if your frame is damaged. As you have seen the images prior to your purchase Lawson Wright Studios Limited is not legally bound to offer a full refund, please see www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds
3. Buyer to return the product(s) to our studio within 30 working days of the original purchase date provided you have initially contacted Lawson Wright Studios Limited and have met the criteria set in section 2 of the refund policy and will be returned to us at your own cost. Please be aware any missing images/goods will not qualify for an exchange. Please ensure that you return to our studio address: 18-20 Lower Warrengate, Wakefield, WF1 1SA and that you keep proof of postage to protect against any loss by Royal Mail unless you are returning to us by hand.
All return products must be packaged in original packaging where possible or well protected including the backing board!
PLEASE NOTE: As stated above, any postage costs for returning product(s) to Lawson Wright Studios Limited will not be covered by Lawson Wright Studios Limited and will be covered by the buyer.
